TeamLilit's order process is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all TeamLilit purchases and handles payment processing, billing compliance, and refunds.
1. Refunds and Right to Cancel (Handled by Paddle)
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a refund, unless an exception applies under applicable law. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
To request a refund or exercise your right to cancel, you must contact Paddle Buyer Support through Paddle's support channels as described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
