Every student's level, goal, and background, visible before you say hello.
Language students aren't all working toward the same exam on the same date. Some want conversational fluency. Some are preparing for DELF or TOEFL. Some are Arabic speakers learning French. Some are French speakers learning English. Teamlilit's student profiles let you record all of it at intake, so every session starts from exactly the right place. Notes, attendance, and per-student lesson history stay on the profile, and you can attach a worksheet or resource link to any lesson note.
What you capture when a new student joins:
Language level (CEFR) A1 through C2. The student's level badge appears on their profile and on the student roster.
Target goal Conversational fluency, business English, DELF B2 preparation, university admission, job interview confidence.
Native language / learning context A French speaker learning English reads and thinks differently than an Arabic speaker learning French. This sits in the profile so you never forget the context.
Learning pace and availability How many sessions per week, preferred time slots, any scheduling constraints.

Level-based groups are the backbone of most language teachers' businesses. You have the same students meeting at the same time every week: A1 on Monday mornings, B1 on Tuesday afternoons, B2 on Thursday evenings. In Teamlilit, each level group is a recurring session with its own student list, its own attendance record, and its own calendar slot. You create the group once. The sessions repeat automatically. New students get added to the group, and their history starts from that session onward.

Each level group has its own enrolled students. Add or remove a student from the group and their attendance record updates from that point on.

Set the group's weekly schedule once. Teamlilit creates the sessions. Cancellations and exceptions are added as overrides, and the rest keeps repeating.

Mark attendance once per session for the whole group. Each student's individual attendance rate updates automatically.
B1 Group

Large language classes need structure. When 18 students are in the same session and anyone can unmute themselves at any time, the class loses shape fast. Teamlilit's classroom keeps large sessions lecture-mode by default: you present, students listen, and you decide when to open the floor.
Broadcast mode for structured lessons
All students join with cameras and mics off. You deliver the lesson. No background noise. No accidental interruptions. You decide when to open the floor.
Whiteboard for language teaching

The hardest thing about teaching multiple levels isn't the teaching itself. It's keeping track of which student is in which slot, at which level, across a week that mixes private lessons and group sessions. Automated reminders for every session
Students get an email reminder 24 hours before their session and again 1 hour before. Language students who forget their lesson lose a week of momentum, so reminders prevent this.
Google Calendar sync
All Teamlilit sessions sync to Google Calendar in real time, both ways. Block personal events in Google Calendar and they reflect in Teamlilit automatically.
Teamlilit speaks your students' language too.
Teamlilit's interface is available in English, French, Spanish, and German, with more languages on the way. For language teachers whose students aren't comfortable in English, this matters. A French student managing their booking in French, a Spanish speaker navigating their session portal in Spanish: the platform gets out of the way and lets the teaching happen.

Teamlilit doesn't yet have a built-in library for lesson materials, worksheets, or audio files. For now: paste your Google Drive or Notion link into the session notes field of any student profile or group session. Students see it in their reminder email before every class.
Coming soon: CEFR level progression tracking
You can record a student's level in their profile, but Teamlilit doesn't yet let you log a level-up as a formal milestone, for example "Sophie moved from B1 to B2 on 15 Apr." For now, use the tutor notes field to log level changes with a date, for example "Promoted to B2, 15 Apr 2026. Strong on reading and writing. Spoken fluency still B1." It's not automated, but the note is there every time you open the profile.

Intake
New student joins. You create their profile: CEFR level (e.g. B1), target goal (conversational fluency), native language (French), preferred session times. Everything you need to teach them well is in one place from day one.
Place them
Assign the student to their level group (B1 group, Tue 15:00) and/or schedule private sessions from your availability page. The calendar updates. They receive a confirmation and a session reminder automatically.
