Everything you have taught with, on one page
Files, images, lesson recordings, exercises and whiteboards, each kind on its own shelf. Find the worksheet you made last March without remembering which programme you filed it under.
Materials do not go missing. They go quiet.
Nothing is lost, exactly. The worksheet is somewhere, the recording exists, the board is still there. They are just each behind a different door, and at five to five you rebuild the thing you already own.
Four different doors
Files sit inside a programme, recordings inside one lesson, boards inside the room, documents on one student. Each is sensible. None of them answers "show me everything".
Remade, not lost
The real cost of scattered materials is not the file you cannot find. It is the twenty minutes spent building a second copy of it.
A number you cannot act on
A storage meter that says you have used four gigabytes is useless if nothing tells you what those four gigabytes are.
Gone with the programme
Finish a programme, delete it, and the worksheets you meant to reuse go with it. Materials should outlive the lesson they were made for.
Six shelves, because a recording is not a PDF
Kind decides the shelf, so a video never lands in a list of documents. A search or a folder cuts straight across all six.
Files
Worksheets, past papers, documents and links. Upload straight into the Library without picking a programme first, or file them into one.
Images
Pictures you upload and the ones placed on the whiteboard during a lesson, so a diagram drawn on the fly is still yours afterwards.
Recordings
Lesson recordings with their length and how long they are kept, so you know what is about to expire before it does.
Exercises
Assignments, drafts, saved templates and live checks, including the ones AI drafted, ready to send again rather than rebuild.
Boards
The whiteboards and doc pages your lessons produced. The worked example from October is still there in March.
Documents
Private files kept on a student record, such as a report or a consent form. They stay yours and never appear in a shared view.
Built for finding, not just for storing
Shelves separate the kinds. Everything below cuts across them.
Folders that ignore kind
One folder holds the worksheet, its answer image, the recording of the lesson it was used in and the assignment that followed. Folders nest, and tags cut across those.
Search once
Search by name or tag from any shelf and get results grouped by kind, instead of opening three programmes to find one file.
Always know where it came from
Every item carries a chip saying which programme, lesson or student it belongs to, and clicking it takes you there.
The whole centre, for owners
An academy owner sees every tutor's materials, filters by tutor, and creates shared folders the whole team can see. Private student documents stay with the tutor who keeps them.
The Library reaches the lesson, not just the shelf
A library you have to remember to open is a filing cabinet. This one meets you at the three moments you actually need it.
While you plan
Attach a worksheet to the lesson from the plan itself, which is the moment you know what the lesson needs.
While you teach
Put a file you already have onto the board from inside the room. Nothing is uploaded a second time and your storage does not move.
After the lesson
The same materials sit on the wrap-up, so the recap you send is built from what you actually used.
Taking a file off a lesson returns it to the Library rather than deleting it, because removing something from a lesson and destroying your worksheet are different instructions.
Questions tutors ask
What is the Library?
One page in your dashboard holding everything you have put into Teamlilit or that Teamlilit made for you: files, images, lesson recordings, exercises, whiteboards and the private documents on your student records. Each kind sits on its own shelf, and folders and tags cut across them.
Do I have to upload everything again?
No. The Library reads what is already there. Files you added to a programme, recordings of lessons you recorded, boards from your rooms and documents on your student records all appear without you moving anything. What is new is that you can now upload straight into the Library without choosing a programme first.
Can I organise things my own way?
Yes. Folders are yours and deliberately ignore kind, so one folder can hold a worksheet, its answer image, the recording of the lesson it was used in and the assignment that followed. Folders nest, and tags cut across folders for the things that do not fit a single place.
Can I use the same file in more than one lesson?
A file lives in one place at a time, so attaching it to a lesson moves it there rather than copying it. Teamlilit never does that silently: a file that already belongs to a programme or a lesson names where it is and asks before moving. Putting a file on the whiteboard during a lesson does not move it at all.
What does an academy owner see?
The same page for the whole centre: every member's materials, a filter by tutor, storage broken down per tutor, and shared folders that appear in every member's own Library. The Documents shelf is absent there, because files kept on a student record stay private to the tutor who keeps them.
How does this affect my storage?
It makes it legible. The Library shows what your storage is actually made of, shelf by shelf, instead of a single number you cannot act on. Putting a file you already have onto the board costs nothing, because it points at the file rather than uploading a second copy.
One lesson, one thread
Materials are one link in it. What you plan becomes what you teach, what you teach becomes the recap, and the recap becomes the invoice.
Stop rebuilding what you already made
Fourteen days, no card. Bring the materials you already have and see them in one place.
