The whole 9 times table, from 9 × 1 = 9 to 9 × 12 = 108, to learn, pin up or print. One click opens the generator with the sheet ready as a PDF: the table written out, a worksheet with answers, or the multiplication chart with the 9s highlighted.
Counting in 9s: 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81, 90, 99, 108
Each button opens the generator with the sheet ready to download as a PDF, on A4 or US Letter.
Use your fingers: for 9 × 7, fold down your seventh finger; the 6 fingers to its left are the tens and the 3 to its right the units, 63. Up to 9 × 10, the digits of each answer add up to 9 (6 + 3), and the tens digit is one less than the number you multiply by. Or take one lot away from ten lots: 9 × 8 is 80 − 8 = 72, and 9 × 12 is 120 − 12 = 108.
Each multiplication fact gives a division fact: 9 × 6 = 54, so 54 ÷ 9 = 6.
